JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2022 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Gaya i.e. the respondent no.2 to dispose off the pending Land Encroachment Appeal Case No. 08 of 2021. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid appeal has not been disposed off, the same shall definitely be disposed off, forthwith. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.2 to dispose off the aforesaid Appeal by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
