JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit, seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to press its claim for entering into a fresh fuel supply agreement as per the new coal distribution policy. This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.

Since this writ application has been sought to be withdrawn, this Court would not like to say anything more save
