JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A), 36, 38 and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 19.8 litres of liquor from the field of co-accused.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been named on the basis of the disclosure made by the co-accused and he is accused in one more case but in that case he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender and make
