The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the wife, the opposite party no. 2 has stated that the dispute has already been resolved between the husband and the wife.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
