"That this is an application for issuance of Rule of contempt against the contemnors No-2 to 4 for willful disobedience of the order dated 30.09.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Mr Justice Partha Sarthy in Misc. Appeal No- 66 of 2012 whereby and where under the Hon'ble court was pleased to direct the contemnor Reliance General Insurance Co Ltd. to pay the total amount of compensation deducting the amount
Patna High Court MJC No.986 of 2023(4) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 already paid to the claimants along with interest @ 9% per annum within a period of four months from the date of judgment i.e. 30/9/2022."
