In pursuance of the aforesaid order, a report vide its Letter No. 476 dated 18.07.2022, has been received from the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai stating therein that the sole appellant namely, Suro Mandal @ Suleman, Son of Ram Chandra

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.371 of 1995(11) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 Mandal, resident of village-Kapasia, P.S. and District- Begusarai has died.

Considering the aforesaid report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, this appeal stands abated.
