Considering the admission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the prosecution case has been closed, the statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been recorded and defence evidence has also been closed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 310 of 2015/70 of 2016 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 registered inter alia under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The application is rejected.
