The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.376 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is named in the FIR. The girl is a minor. In the opinion of this Court, he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32569 of 2021(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
