2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 464 of 2020 dated 20.12.2020, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of prosecution in short is that on 04.11.2022, the petitioner along with co-accused entered the house of the informant with weapons and brutally assaulted informant's wife and also cause injury to the informant. Informant's wife was declared dead in the course of the treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2023, has no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Biharsharif in Rahui P.S. Case No. 464 of 2020. (Khatim Reza, J) shanu/- U T
