Petitioners are accused in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 620 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioners have no concern with the seized materials. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 10.09.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
