JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 Six (6) out of seven (7) charge-sheet witnesses have been examined as per the trial Court report dated 12.01.2023. Report states that only Investigating Officer (hereinafter referred to as the 'I.O') of this case is to be examined for which, the matter was fixed on 21.01.2023.

In view of the fact on record regarding the trial, being on the verge of conclusion, this Court for the present is not inclined to consider the petitioner's prayer for bail on merits. Learned trial Court should, therefore, take all steps to ensure conclusion of the trial expeditiously and without any delay. Copy of the order be also communicated to the Superintendent of Police (for brevity 'S.P'), Nalanda, so as to ensure that the I.O. is available for examination without any delay.
