JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 By order, dated 16.04.2015, the provisional anticipatory bail was granted to the appellant with the condition that the appellant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,16,000/- within four months from the date of receipt of that order. Office has reported that no affidavit has been filed by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner files an affidavit before this Court to the effect that the said amount of Rs.5,16,000/- has already been deposited within time. Let this affidavit be kept on record and the provisional anticipatory bail is confirmed.

Let this order be sent through fax at the costs of the petitioner, if deposited, to the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014.
