Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 385, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation of any assault against this petitioner. The allegations are specific against co-accused Ambika Ram. There is admitted land dispute between the petitioners and the family of the informant.

No. 25385 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
