ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 30.07.2012 passed by the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in G.R. No. 919 of 2011/Tr. No. 1619 of 2012 arising out of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2011 on the ground that the arms found on the person of the Petitioner were all licensed. However, when the case diary was called for it was found that on the disclosure statement of the coaccused persons a certain premises was raided where four cartridges were found and there is no license with regard to the said cartridges. Hence, the application is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32171 of 2012 dt.12-02-2015 in view of the serious nature of offence for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Gaya, and the Superintendent of Police, Gaya is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
