JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,307,384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners demanded rupees three hundred as extortion and on refusal, caused injury with fish cutting knife to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the occurrence took place within territorial jurisdiction of Pirbahore Police station but the FIR has been lodged in Kadamkuan Police station and the injury has been found to be simple. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 460 of 2013 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Patna.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
