1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, by way of this writ petition the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or an appropriate writ, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding the respondent authorities to pay the retiral dues of the petitioner after providing the second and third bond promotion as per the modified assured carriers progression scheme, which is due till

Patna High Court CWJC No.18149 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 date and also prays for other consequential reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the law."

2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to paragraph no.10 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case to submit that the first time bound promotion has already been granted to the petitioner and thereafter, benefits of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. have also been granted, whereupon the differential arrears of salary amounting to a sum of Rs.2,18,434/- has also been paid to the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his substituting grievances, if any, before the respondent-authorities. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) sonal/- U
