This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Cahusa PS Case No. 233 of 2016 for the alleged offence under Sections 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34673 of 2017 vide order dated 10.08.2017, Cr. Misc. No. 46562 of 2017 vide order dated 15.02.2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 78826 of 2018. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80582 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Considering that other co-accused persons have been granted bail and the petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2018, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, District Madhepura in connection with Chausa PS Case No. 233 of 2016.
