The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 25 liters of country made wine from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 23.11.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.79447 of 2018(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S.
