2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offenses punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that while the informant was ploughing his field, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons, variously armed, arrived at his field, started abusing and assaulting. When the informant objected, petitioner made a fire. The fire did

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and have committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. During course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and proceedings under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. is going on between them. From perusal of the F.I.R., it is clear that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. From perusal of the order of the trial Court, it is clear that the injury which has been found by the doctor is body-ache. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.02.2025. Similarly situated four accused persons have been granted Anticipatory Bail vide order dated 10.01.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88439 of 2024 by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya.
