JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2022 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.
The present petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in question bearing Beerpur P.S.Case No. 137 of 2020 dated 8.10.2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35375 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 against the petitioners herein.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to raise all the points raised in the present petition before the learned court below at an appropriate stage. It is also submitted that the petitioners be granted liberty to file appropriate discharge petition, if so advised.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
