08-09-2016 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. Matloob Rab, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Danapur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 268, 272, 284, 419 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(A), 50, 51, 63 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of arrest or surrender.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is true that petitioner has been indicated as one of the accused in the F.I.R., but fact remains that petitioner's name has come on disclosure of an accused, who was arrested on allegation of preparing country-made liquor. He submits that petitioner has

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Awdhesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
