====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the deceased was legally married with this petitioner. The marriage was solemnized about ten years before the occurrence. The allegation is that after marriage, the deceased gave birth of two children and all were good but after sometime, she was subjected to cruelty at the hands of the petitioner and other coaccused. It is further alleged that the petitioner was making demand of a Motorcycle, gold and cash of Rs. 2,00,000/-as dowry from the deceased. It is further stated that the petitioner

No.77625 of 2018(4) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 was doing job outside the State of Bihar but on his instigation, other co-accused persons always used to torture the deceased and ultimately they killed her by giving poison to her. Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No.29522 of 2018 under order dated 11.05.2018 vide Annexure-1 to the present application. This is second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

I find no reason to interfere with the earlier order. The same is again rejected in connection with Sahkund P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Bhagalpur.
