1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant alleges that on 16.05.2022, Mantu kidnapped his daughter with an intention to marry in which he was helped by the petitioner and Indu Dubey.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman, it is next submitted that petitioner being sister of Mantu Dubey has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is further submitted that petitioner is a married woman and lives separately from Mantu and was completely unaware that Mantu

The learned counsel next submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that the allegation hinges around suspicion as informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and petitioner being sister of Mantu came to be implicated in order to coerce the family into submission. It is next submitted that Mantu has been arrested.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kachhawa P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
