JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 At the very outset, Sri Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that the present petition was filed against an order of revisional court, whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner against rejection of discharge petition was rejected. He fairly accepts that during pendency of this petition, charge has already been framed. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for withdrawal of this petition, so that he may raise all the points, which have been raised in the present petition, during the trial.

The prayer is allowed.
