Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners, above named, have been granted anticipatory bail except petitioner No.1 vide order dated 21.09.2017 but inadvertently, the name of petitioner no. 5 has been typed as Hasun Ali in place of Harun Ali. Therefore, the order dated 21.09.2017 may be modified to the aforesaid extent and period of surrender may also be extended by further two weeks after Diwali vacation.
