2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the accusations are general and omnibus without any specific assault being attributed to the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Devendra Thakur has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16873 of 2015.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50663 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, District East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
