2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S.Case No.99 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the IPC.
3. There are altogether five accused persons named in the FIR. These petitioners are female family members of accused Shambhu Tiwari. Out of these petitioners one Sonam Devi allegedly gave order whereupon co-accused, i.e., male members of her family assaulted the informant by spade and rod. The occurrence took place on 27.03.2017 and FIR was lodged on 12.04.2017 for which there is no explanation for delay in the written report. The injury report which is annexed as Annexure-3
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29908 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 shows that the victim was assaulted on 26.03.2017 and he sustained simple injury.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mashrak P.S.Case No.99 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-VIII, Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
