Petitioner, who is in custody, seek bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. No recovery has been made from possession of petitioner. No TIP is held till today. The name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of one Raman Kumar who was apprehended in other case. Petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
