The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and fabricated and resulted on the ground of petty dispute with regard cutting of ridge and Nala. It is further submitted that due to previous vendetta, the present case has been lodged against the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48818 of 2015 (3) dt.21-04-2016 P2/2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori Police Station Case No. 79 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
