So far the anticipatory bail application of petitioner no.2 Tetari Devi @ Besari Devi is concerned, looking at the nature of the allegations and the reason for dispute, let her, in the event of surrender within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/-(fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S.
