JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 for the offences punishable under sections 498 A, 323 and 307/34 of the I.P.C and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The opposite party no.2 is present with her husband and child. She submits that she is residing with her husband peacefully and now she has got no grievance against any one. The petitioner is the mother-in-law and she is residing separately.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30290 of 2016 (8) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 Good sense has been prevailed between the parties. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner, in case of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. A.C.J.M. Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
