The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.232 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 504 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhubani.

There is allegation against this petitioner of assaulting the informant with Tengari on his neck and also the grand son of the informant, Ajit Kumar, with Bhala on his nose with intention to kill them.

Injury Report of both the injured have been annexed as Annexure-2, wherein, the doctor has found four injuries on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32089 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 2/2 person of the informant caused by hard and blunt object out of which one injury was on the neck. Three injuries were found on the person of Ajit Kumar caused by hard and blunt object out of which one injury was on his nose.

In such circumstances, there is specific allegation against the petitioner of causing injuries on the vital part of the body of the informant and his grand son.

In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit preferably on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
