JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The prosecution case is that when 41/2 years old daughter of the informant went outside to ease out then the petitioners threw bottle bomb on her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report of the victim does not suggest any injury of explosive, however, the victim was referred to Shankar Netralaya, Kolkata.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33576 of 2015 (6) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bhagalpur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
