JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 25(1b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.01.2023.

It is alleged that one country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing six months of judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25964 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-4th, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Chand Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
