The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sasaram (Muff.) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and except suspicion, there is nothing on record against the petitioners. The petitioners are rotting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22973 of 2020(2) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 in judicial custody since 25.04.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing their personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muff.) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2020.
