2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.04.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the first information report and impugned order dated 24.07.2024, it appears that the petitioner has got three criminal antecedents and all of three cases, the petitioner is on bail and similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83184 of 2024 and he is in custody for more than one year, so considering all aspects of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.177 of 2024.
