JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 At the very outset, learned AC to GA-4 submits that in view of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 12.07.2013 in Civil Appeal No.5843 of 2013@ SLP( c) no. 34351 of 2012, a copy of the same has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit, the issue has already been set at rest and the similar relief has been negated. Mr. Md. Anisur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioners after noticing the said order has not disputed the submission made by learned counsel for the same. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, as mentioned herein above, there is no reason to pass any
