The grievance of the petitioner was for non payment of revised pension with effect from 01.01.2006 and difference of arrears of pension with statutory as well as penal interest. From the counter affidavits filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 4, it appears that the same has been paid to him, though recently.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off.

However, as no calculation chart has been given to

If the petitioner finds any discrepancy in the payment made to him, he shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance, in accordance with law.
