2. Petitioner is accused in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354, 379, 307, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant by means of iron rod and also snatched gold chain and earring of his wife.
4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. It is next submitted that although

No.27245 of 2024(3) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 there is specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant's head but the doctor has found the injury simple in nature. It is lastly submitted that the police after investigation has submitted the final form. The petitioner is under custody since 27.01.2024.
5. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023.
