Office reports that the said First Appeal was disposed of on 02.05.2001.

In that view of the matter, the First Appeal having been decided, it could only be appropriate that the judgment of this Court would prevail and decide the right, title and interest of the parties for the properties in question. This writ application is, thus, become infructuous and disposed of, as such.
