The Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 379, 354, 448, 506, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,337,338 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fair

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49989 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/3 antecedent of the petitioners as also the counter version, in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C. Subject to the conditions (i) that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.
