The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that prior to lodging of the present case, wife of the petitioner no. 1 filed a complaint case against the informant and others, as detailed in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Further submission is that with ulterior motive, the informant has also lodged the F.I.R. after lapse of near about one month of the alleged occurrence against the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
