2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with C.R. Case No.1379 of 2013.

3. The counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 today, inter alia, stating that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and the opposite party no.2 is now residing with the petitioner. A compromise petition has also been filed before the learned court below.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37789 of 2014 (4) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 03.04.2015 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with C.R. Case No.1379 of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
