JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-06-2019 This is yet another writ application alleging huge scale of bungling and illegalities in the matter of selection of dealer of the public distribution shop in the district of Aurangabad.

Today in CWJC No.7646 of 2019 (Simpi Kumari Vs.The State of Bihar & Ors.) the Court has been informed that the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya has already constituted an inquiry through a Three Men Committee who is in seisin of the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8422 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 Liberty is granted to the petitioner as well to submit her grievance by way of an appropriate application with all supporting documents in the office of the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and shall get it examined by an appropriate committee and a decision thereon shall be taken based on the report which may be received from the committee. Let the whole exercise be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the requisition of the petitioner. The writ application stands disposed off accordingly.
