In view of the submission and the undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the time of hearing of this application through video conferencing, that he would remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 04.07.2020, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode, he is permitted to remove the same accordingly.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of written report of informant Dhirendra Ram, Ramgarhwa

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21770 of 2020(2) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 was registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code on 22.05.2019 against 03-04 unknown. In course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 235 of 2019, registered under Sections 412, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Police got recorded his confessional statement showing his involvement in the present case and remanded in the present case on 05.07.2019, since then he is in custody. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019.
