It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he would be

Patna High Court CWJC No.7067 of 2020(3) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 filing an appeal against the order dated 19.11.2018 bearing memo no. 1775 (Annexure-5) to the writ petition before the Principal Secretary (Respondent No.2). He submits that, the Authority be directed to take a decision on the appeal expeditiously.

Since the petitioner is claiming to approach the Authority ,Mr. Ambastha appearing for the State does not object to the same.

In view of the rival submissions, the writ petition is disposed off. It is made clear that if the petitioner approaches the Principal Secretary (Respondent no.2) within a period of one

(01) weeks, the Authority must dispose of the appeal expeditiously without any delay and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of filing of the same, in accordance with law.
