JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant when this petitioner caused injury with country made pistol on the chest of the informant and the accused persons also took away `5,000/- It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 07.03.2015 the FIR was lodged on 11.03.2015 and the petitioner has been made accused since he was in love with grand-daughter of the informant. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

No.38188 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Munger. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
