JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55635 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender only.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

The order dated 08.12.2015 passed in Cr.

Misc. No. 55635 of 2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The rest of the conditions as stipulated in the order dated 08.12.2015 will remain the same.

Accordingly the modification application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33755 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 disposed off in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014, pending in the court of leaned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna.
