Case No.101 of 2011 wherein offence punishable under Section 393 of I.P.C. is alleged against them. They are stated to have committed the offence of robbery. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners filed A.B.P. No.903 of 2012, in the court of learned single Judge, Patna, which was dismissed through order dated 3.8.2012. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section-438 of Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The allegation against the petitioners is serious in nature. It is only when the petitioners are arrested that the police can elicit relevant information or
