Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 02.03.2020 vide Cr. Misc. No. 12496 of 2020 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charge has already been framed on 18.03.2020. Petitioner may be released on bail.
